Kutumba (kuh-toom-buh)
Kutumba has various meanings in several languages and many resonate with the mission of the Kutumba Theatre Project. Kutumba: a unique bond amongst community members, family or kin, to leap, to strut proudly.
Mission: To produce plays that compel audiences and artists to expand their views about the relationships, values, issues, history, and humor that are imperative to living as a member of the LGBTQ+ community and social justice for people of all backgrounds.
Kutumba Theatre Project is a collective focusing on works and the development of works that give a voice to the LGBTQ+ community , women's interests, and other underserved populations within the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.
