Alberto Pujol is a Cuban-born actor, composer, and visual artist born in Havana in 1960. He is a major figure in Cuban theater, film, and television, best known for his iconic role as El Tavo in the police series "Su propia guerra." Since moving to Miami in 2015, he has remained active in the Miami-area theater scene, recently performing in acclaimed productions including "Los pájaros tirándole a la escopeta" at Teatro Trail, where he reprised his role from the classic 1984 film alongside Beatriz Valdés. Beyond acting, Pujol works as a composer and visual artist.
