Hollywood Art and Culture Center

The Hollywood Art and Culture Center, founded in 1975, is a private 501(c)(3) multidisciplinary arts organization located in downtown Hollywood, Florida. The organization operates three facilities: its main campus at the 1924 Mediterranean Revival Kagey Home (1650 Harrison Street), an adjacent Arts School, and the 500-seat Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center at 1770 Monroe Street. The Center presents contemporary visual art exhibitions featuring regional, national, and international artists, independent and repertory films through its Cinema Paradiso venue, live performances including concerts, lectures, and comedy, and award-winning arts education programs for youth and adults. Impacting approximately 40,000 people annually, the Center is the third oldest arts nonprofit in Broward County and has become a cultural landmark in South Florida, featuring rotating exhibitions, multidisciplinary performances, and community engagement initiatives.
